Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm PT on Friday process the following Monday.

Delivery estimates. United States: 7-14 business days. Canada, UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays happen.

Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-4 days to show its first scan.

Customs and duties. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reship once you confirm the correct address. Reshipping is at our cost the first time.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email us and we'll open a carrier trace or send a replacement.
